Hi, I’m Carly – Owner and Head Training Coach at Flex Wellbeing & Fitness.

My passion is helping people achieve their fitness goals, build confidence, and feel strong – both in and out of the gym.

At Flex, we specialise in Class Sessions and Small Group Personal Training, offering expert guidance, structured programmes, and a friendly community that keeps you motivated.

Our training style combines effective workouts with practical nutrition advice to deliver results fast – without shortcuts or pressure. You’ll learn proper technique, gain confidence using equipment, and stay supported every step of the way.

No. All our sessions are fully coached, technique-led, and suitable for every fitness level.

You’ll meet your coach, learn the basics of the session, and move at a pace that feels comfortable. There’s no pressure and no judgement.

Group Sessions are structured classes with community energy and expert coaching.
Elite PT offers personalised, goal-focused training in smaller groups, with nutrition support and progress tracking.

Yes. Lift sessions are designed to teach proper lifting technique and build strength and confidence.

Yes. Our Lift Teens sessions are for ages 11+, teaching safe and effective weight training with full supervision.

Lift sessions: up to 12 people.
Elite PT: up to 6 people. 

We offer unlimited membership tiers that give access to all group sessions including FlexLIFT, FlexCIRCUIT, BoxFIT, Spin, and Boogie Bounce. 

Yes — we offer open group sessions for newcomers to experience Flex before committing.

Elite PT includes personalised nutrition guidance such as protein targets, calorie guidance, and optional food plans.

Comfortable training clothes and water. All equipment is provided.

Yes — coaches can adapt movements if you are medically cleared to exercise.

Absolutely. Most of our members felt the same at first. Our environment is friendly, supportive, and beginner-focused.

Most members notice improvements in confidence and strength within a few weeks. Physical changes follow with consistency.

Yes. Elite PT is ideal for beginners who want more structure and support.
