Hi, I’m Carly – Owner and Head Training Coach at Flex Wellbeing &
Fitness.
My passion is helping people achieve their fitness goals, build confidence, and feel strong – both in and out of the gym.

At Flex, we specialise in Class Sessions and Small Group Personal
Training, offering expert guidance, structured programmes, and a
friendly community that keeps you motivated.

Our training style combines effective workouts with practical
nutrition advice to deliver` results fast – without shortcuts or pressure.
You’ll learn proper technique, gain confidence using equipment, and
stay supported every step of the way.
