Hi, I’m Carly, Co-Founder of Flex Wellbeing & Fitness. I’m passionate about helping people build strength, confidence and a genuine enjoyment of training-so every workout leaves you feeling accomplished and energised.

I deliver a broad range of training styles, combing expert coaching with strong support and a welcoming, community focused environment. Every session is carefully structured, easy to follow, and built around intelligent progressions, ensuring you feel challenged, capable, and proud of what your body can achieve.

My coaching approach is simple and effective: strong technique, consistent progress, positive energy, and a clear focus on your individual goals.

Why we Built Flex

Flex was created from a simple belief: fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating. Too often, people walk into gyms feeling judged, out of place, or overwhelmed – and we knew that experience needed to change.

We dreamed of a space where movement feels achievable, and progress is celebrated in every form. A place where comparison is left at the door, showing up is always enough, and every small win is recognised. Because confidence is built one step at a time.

Flex is founded on confidence, clarity and genuine human connection. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with encouragement, support, and a sense of belonging. Whether you’re taking your very first step into training or finding your way back after time away, you’re welcome here – exactly as you are.

MY STORY

This change was earned.

It was built through discomfort, repetition, and moments when nothing felt easy – but I showed up anyway. Long before my body changed, my mindset had to. I learned discipline, resilience, and how to keep moving forward even when progress felt slow or invisible. 

These photos aren’t about dramatic transformations or “before and after” hype. They’re proof of consistency when motivation faded. Of hard sessions completed while tired, sore, and unsure. Of setbacks, frustration, and self-doubt – and the decision not to let any of it
win. This is what happens when you commit fully and stop looking for shortcuts.

I’ve lived the hardest parts of the process. I understand how heavy it can feel to begin, how isolating consistency can be, and how slow real progress often seems. But I also know the confidence that comes from discovering your strength – both physically and mentally. 

Thats why I coach with honesty and purpose. No quick fixes. No judgement. Just structure, support, and the belief that you’re capable of more than you think. If you’re ready to do the work, push through discomfort, and truly back yourself, I’ll be there with you – every step, every rep, every breakthrough.

HOW I COACH

I wasn’t always the coach you see today.

I started tired, stressed and uncomfortable in my own body-just like so many people do.

I didn’t need a miracle. I needed consistency, support, and a reason not to quit on myself.

So, I made the decision: show up, even when it was hard. No extreme diets. No endless workouts. Just smart training, proper technique, and steady progress-one step at a time.

That’s how real change happened.

And that’s exactly how I coach.
