Session Types.

FlexLift
A variety of resistance training exercises working all muscle groups with the aim to build muscle shape, tone up and reduce body fat.
FlexElite PT
In sessions of no more than 6 people, who generally work in pairs, you will be coached by qualified Personal Trainers to achieve your goals.  With nutrition advice along the way, including protein and calorie targets, you will see week on week results. Our PTs will track your progress, including the weight you lift, to ensure that you are getting progressive overload.
Flex Challenge​
Feeling competitive? A Flex challenge session in any exercise. Challenge your friends or just come along to watch who will win!
FlexBoxfit
Delivered by Hatton qualified boxing trainers, you will learn basic boxing techniques and fitness drills which will help you get fit and get in amazing shape.
Flex Circuit
A circuit-based training session with some functional exercises added with the aim to burn calories, increase fitness and reduce body fat.
Flexlift Teens

Do you have a teenager who wants to train and learn how to use equipment safely and effectively? This is the session for them. Adults are welcome to join their children on these sessions but would need to book and pay for a space.

Nutrition & Stats

A pre-booked session, where we can discuss your nutrition and stats to enable us to guide you so that you achieve your goals outside of the gym.
