Hi, I’m Carly – co-founder of Flex Wellbeing & Fitness. My mission is to help people get stronger, feel confident, and learn to enjoy training again.
I specialise in structured group training and small-group PT, giving you the perfect mix of hands-on coaching, support, and community energy. I guide every session with clear technique teaching, controlled progressions, and a training style that puts your goals first
We wanted to create a gym where people didn’t feel judged, lost, or overwhelmed. A space where fitness felt achievable, not intimidating. Where progress was celebrated, not compared.

I wasn’t always the coach you see today.
I started where so many people do – tired, stressed, and unhappy with how I felt in my own body. I didn’t need a miracle. I needed consistency, support, and a reason not to give up on myself.
So I made a promise: show up, even on the hard days. I didn’t follow extreme diets or spend hours training. I just stayed consistent, learned proper technique, and took things one step at a time.
Over time, everything changed.
